RETURN!

The practice of Aatmsaath is returning to yourself, learning not to abandon yourself and recovering your own story.

  • Aatmsaath is the practice of staying connected to yourself

  • It begins by noticing what exhausts you, where you overexplain, where your body tightens, and where you disappear to keep peace.

  • Overtime this work unfolds into three movements:

Aatmsaath: Returning to yourself|Aatmsamman: No longer abandoning yourself| Aatmkatha: Recovering your own story|

TED Talk: Aloneness as Aatmsaath

  • Aloneness as reclamation explores how aloneness can become clarity rather than emptiness,

  • Not loneliness but the ability to remain yourself without immediately escaping into performance, distraction, productivity, or approval

  • It is the doorway into the Practice.

Enter the Practice

  • This practice combines reflection, writing, observation, embodiment, and real life action.

  • Movement 1 is publicly available.

  • The deeper movements are shared through guided application process.
